Job Description
True View Windows and Glass ("True View") was founded in 2000 in Phoenix, Arizona and has become a locally owned leader in window replacement and glass services for both residential and commercial customers. True View has expanded into Denver, Colorado, and Tucson, Arizona and is seeking to accelerate its growth in both existing and new markets. About the Position True View is seeking an experienced Router/Scheduler for our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. The Router/Scheduler will create daily service routes and provide support to our customer service and field service teams as well as our homeowners and account customers in the Phoenix and Tucson areas. The ideal candidate is experienced in the window and glass and glazing industries. We are looking for someone who is familiar with the valley, self-motivated, ambitious, dependable, and excited by the opportunity to help grow our scheduling department at True View. Pay DOE .
Responsibilities Include:
- Create, verify, and submit daily manifests for field technicians.
- Manage inner office chat.
- Input / update notes in all orders and job calendars in CRM program as needed.
- Maintain a respectful manner over phone and in person with customers / employees.
- Schedule measure and installation appointments for customer service and residential departments.
- Handle orders accurately. (Status changes, product pending, customer pending, openings, closings, etc.).
- Monitor GPS tracking. Monitor tech locations to ensure we meet scheduled arrival times.
- Maintain filing system for scheduling.
- Keep internal and external communications up to date. (Regarding appointments, add ons, special circumstances, arrival times, appointment confirmations)
- Monitor and complete daily backorder report. Work with receiving department for updated status.
- Monitor in box frequently.
- Verify accuracy of work orders with customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Prior routing/scheduling and customer service experience in the home service industry is a must.
- Knowledge of glass and glazing industry preferred.
- Ability to problem solve and resolve conflict quickly and calmly.
- Must be self-motivated and have strong time management, multitasking and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy. Experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with Salesforce a plus.
- Ability to read a Map. Knowledge of the Phoenix metro area.
- TEAM player.
- Candidate must pass a drug test and background check.
