Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Tech SaaS Leader to drive revenue growth, lead sales strategy, and scale our SaaS solutions in a rapidly evolving technology environment. This individual will play a critical leadership role in building and optimizing a high-performing sales function while leveraging modern technology and AI-driven tools. This role is responsible for owning the full sales lifecycle—from strategy and pipeline development to closing enterprise deals—and will partner closely with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Lead and execute the company's SaaS sales strategy, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion Build, coach, and manage a high-performing B2B sales team (Account Executives, SDRs, etc.) Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, deal negotiation, and closing Drive outbound and inbound sales initiatives leveraging AI tools, CRM systems, and sales technology platforms Establish scalable processes for lead generation, qualification, and conversion Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Analyze sales data, KPIs, and forecasting to optimize performance and drive strategic decisions Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive leadership to align go-to-market strategy Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred) B2B Sales experience required 4 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales Able to adapt, utilize google sheets, and pivot depending on client demands. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a SaaS environment Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation tools Familiarity with or experience leveraging AI tools in sales strategy and execution is a huge plus!
