Full-time Compensation:
Base salary + commission + performance bonuses. About the Role Turney Insurance Advisors is hiring a Sales Representative to advise clients on Medicare and supplemental health insurance products right in the heart of Scottsdale, AZ. This is an in-office, production-focused role with provided leads, structured training, and a clear path to advancement. No prior insurance experience required; we will sponsor and guide you through licensing. Success in This Role Consistently hitting daily activity targets, converting appointments into enrollments, and building a reliable book of business quarter over quarter.
Salary Range:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Qualified Inbound Leads Full access to an industry-leading sales training platform Requirements (Preferred, not required) Prior sales experience in any industry (B2B, B2C, retail, automotive, SaaS, fitness, solar, etc.). Strong verbal communication and the ability to explain complex topics in plain language. High personal accountability and a performance mindset. Comfortable with high-volume phone work in an on-site, team environment. Responsibilities Advise prospects on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary health products (cancer, heart and stroke, hospital indemnity, recovery care). Respond to inbound leads and convert booked appointments into enrollments. Conduct 150+ outbound follow-up calls per day to warm leads. No cold prospecting. Identify cross-sell opportunities for life insurance and ancillary coverage. Document client interactions and enrollments in the CRM.
