Full Job Description Compensation:
$70,000 base salary + performance bonus About the Role We are seeking a strong, highly organized, and detail-oriented Sales Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance across our high-volume inside sales organization. This role is critical in ensuring that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the confidence to hold sales teams accountable in a fast-paced environment. This individual must be comfortable working directly with leadership and addressing compliance issues proactively. Key Responsibilities Monitor and review sales intake calls, sales calls, and closing calls to ensure compliance with company standards and processes Identify compliance concerns, policy violations, or sales process deviations and escalate appropriately Conduct regular compliance meetings and coaching sessions with sales representatives and sales staff Document findings, maintain compliance records, and prepare written performance/compliance reports Issue formal write-ups and assist in disciplinary actions when necessary Work directly with leadership to maintain and improve compliance standards across the sales organization Help develop and reinforce best practices for compliant sales behavior and customer interactions Track trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement Maintain organization and accuracy across reporting, documentation, and audit processes Qualifications Previous experience in inside sales, sales leadership, sales QA, compliance, or sales operations Strong understanding of sales processes, call handling, and closing environments Comfortable reviewing recorded calls and providing direct feedback Strong personality with the confidence to hold team members accountable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with computers, CRM systems, call center/dialer platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools Comfortable in a high-volume inside sales environment Ability to work professionally with leadership and maintain confidentiality Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Performance Bonus Opportunities Growth Opportunity within a fast-paced organization
