By leveraging your expertise in consultative sales and product demonstration, you will guide individuals through the selection process to ensure they find the perfect match for their relaxation needs. Responsibilities Conduct personalized consultations to identify client lifestyle requirements and recommend ideal spa configurations. Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the technical benefits and wellness advantages of our inventory. Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial lead engagement to closing high-value transactions. Cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive post-purchase follow-ups and service support. Optimize showroom aesthetics to create an immersive and welcoming environment for prospective buyers. Analyze market trends and competitor positioning to refine your sales approach and maximize conversion rates. Collaborate with the broader team to meet regional performance goals and foster a high-energy, supportive culture. Qualifications Required Skills Proven track record in retail, home improvement, or high-ticket consultative sales. Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal rapport-building abilities. Self-motivated mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets. High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
