We are looking for a motivated, confident, and sales-driven Outbound Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to help us reconnect with past customers, follow up with existing leads, generate new business, and book appointments for our services. This is an in-office position with strong growth potential for the right person. What We Offer Base pay plus commission — your earning potential grows with your production Part-time or full-time scheduling available for the right candidate Warm leads from an established customer list to help you get started Opportunity to earn more by booking quality appointments and closing opportunities Training on our services, sales process, and CRM A friendly, professional office environment Growth opportunities with a fast-growing local company Position Overview As an Outbound Sales Representative / Appointment Setter, you will make calls to past customers, existing customers, warm leads, and new prospects. Your main goal will be to promote our services, book appointments, follow up on past quotes, request online reviews, and keep accurate notes in our CRM. You should be comfortable spending a large part of your day on the phone, building rapport quickly, overcoming objections, and confidently guiding customers toward scheduling an appointment. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to past and existing customers from our office Follow up with warm leads, past quotes, and previous customers Make cold calls to generate new business opportunities Sell and promote flat glass solar window tint, smart tint, residential window washing, and commercial window washing Set appointments for window tinting, smart tint, window cleaning, and service estimates Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email when needed Request online reviews from satisfied customers Keep accurate notes, follow-up details, and customer updates in our CRM Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident tone with every customer Help convert old leads, past quotes, and past customers into booked jobs What We're Looking For 2+ years of outbound phone sales, appointment setting, call center, or customer service experience preferred Strong closing ability and a proven ability to book appointments Confident phone presence and great personality Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day Strong communication and follow-up skills Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally Organized and able to keep accurate CRM notes Reliable, punctual, and professional Team player who wants to grow with the company Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys talking to people, knows how to build trust quickly, and is motivated by performance-based earnings. You should be comfortable making calls, following a sales process, asking for the appointment, and staying organized with follow-ups. Schedule Full-time or part-time opportunities are available. Schedule can be discussed during the interview. Compensation This position offers base pay plus commission. Your earning potential increases with your ability to book appointments, follow up consistently, and help generate new business.
