Summary
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting revenue generation efforts by providing administrative, operational, and client-facing assistance to the Sales team. Your ability to multitask,municate effectively, and stay highlyanized will directly impact the success of group and corporate business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales & Marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Manage group blocks, rooming lists, and reservations within hotel systems
Maintain and update client accounts and sales activity in CRM systems (Delphi, Opera, etc.)
Assist with client site tours, events, and on-property visits
Monitor group room pick-up and assist with reporting and forecasting
Respond to inbound inquiries and support lead conversion efforts
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all sales documentation andmunication
Support all hotel and brand led marketing initiatives
Create collateral for hotel as needed
Qualifications
Previous hotel experience (sales, front office, or events) strongly preferred
Exceptionalanizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbalmunication skills
