Job Overview:
As a Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in driving team performance, developing talent, and delivering exceptional client experience. In this role, you will lead a multi-functional team to meet and exceed business objectives. Day-to-day, you'll focus on coaching and developing talent, optimizing sales processes, analyzing performance trends, and collaborating across the organization to implement strategic initiatives. You will also ensure operational excellence by overseeing compliance, administrative responsibilities, and service delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong track record of coaching high-performing teams, deep experience within financial services, and a solid understanding of call center-based advice models.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of team consisting of Team Leaders, Financial Advisors, Client Service representatives, and Operations staff Create a culture of growth, ensuring that relationship deepening is being properly executed and that business objectives are being met Diagnose team performance and gaps to develop action plans to drive productivity Develop and implement a consistent sales process for all team members Drive client management and relationship deepening routines Work with key partners to identify, develop and execute initiatives that improve Advisor productivity, enhance the end investor experience and accelerate new client acquisition Manage all service-like aspects of the business to ensure things run smoothly and client needs are met Work with individual team members to solve problems, acting as point of escalation for Advisors and clients Manage and execute end-to-end talent management processes including hiring, onboarding, performing performance reviews and providing constructive feedback and coaching Supervise the investment and relationship deepening process and ensure coordination and adherence to policies and procedures Handle items related to compensation and other personnel matters What are we looking for? Requirements :
Active FINRA licenses: Series 7, 66, and 9/10 Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services, with strong wealth management industry and investment knowledge At least 4+ years of experience in sales leadership 5+ years' experience with CRM systems, SLA management, and opportunity segmentation

Demonstrated success in coaching, developing, and improving team performance Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Proven ability to drive sales performance and execute growth strategies Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to lead through change and navigate evolving business needs Track record of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
Preferences:
Series 24 license Professional designations such as CFP®, CRPC®, CFA®, CIMA®, or AAMS®
Pay Range:
180,000.00 - 300,000.00 The pay salary range is inclusive of base salary and potential sales incentive compensation based upon the applicable incentive compensation plan for this position. Base salary is determined on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Incentive compensation is dependent on achievement of goals set forth in the incentive compensation plan.
