Compensation:
1st year on target earnings $35,000 - $45,000, wage; plus, uncapped commission
Industry Leading Sales Training Program Responsibilities:
Selling turf in-store to walk-in clients Creating business relationships for future sales Cold calling homeowners/landscapers/business owners to sell turf Working closely and effectively with our sales team to achieve sales quotas Create invoice and collect payments
Mandatory Qualifications:
2 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience Possess strong writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills Comfortable with Cold Calls and other Outbound Sales Activities Must be good with people and able to provide excellent customer service Available between the hours of 7am to 4pm, Monday - Friday, Saturdays as Needed. Must always have a positive attitude Must be a go-getter/self-starter and be hungry to make sales Must be capable of hearing "NO" many times before making that big sale Must have a team first mindset Ability to process sales/ Handle money Must have reliable transportation Ability to adapt to change
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred but not mandatory)
Required Education:
High school graduate or equivalent Some college desired
