We're hiring an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and manage accounts throughout the Tucson area. What You'll Do:

Generate leads and build a pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building Meet with residential customers in their homes or virtually to assess moving needs and provide quotes Present competitive pricing and service options that demonstrate the value of United Van Lines' nationwide network Close sales and maintain customer relationships from initial contact through moving day Manage your own territory and build a book of business with repeat and referral clients Coordinate with our operations team to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction Attend industry events, community groups, and networking opportunities to establish presence

Who You Are Essential Qualifications:

Proven outside sales experience (residential real estate, moving, home services, or similar) Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize pipeline Comfortable using CRM software and mobile/digital tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the moving, relocation, or home services industry Existing network or relationships in the Tucson area Track record of exceeding sales targets Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
