This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential for someone who is driven, self-motivated, and eager to succeed. What You'll Do Generate and develop roofing leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, self-marketing, and community outreach. Perform initial customer consultations and schedule roof inspections. Present roofing solutions and estimates to homeowners and property owners. Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and referral partners. Communicate effectively with clients, office staff, and production teams throughout the sales process. Represent Del Oro Roofing professionally and uphold our reputation for quality workmanship and customer service. What We Offer Unlimited commission-based earning potential.
