Located in the heart of campus, we're the go-to boutique for students looking for curated fashion, trend-forward styling, and a fun shopping experience. We're a small, fast-moving team where personality matters, energy matters, and customer connection matters most. The Role We're looking for a full-time Sales Lead who genuinely loves fashion, styling, and selling. This is not a sit-in-the-back-office management role — you'll be on the floor creating relationships with customers, building head-to-toe looks, driving sales, and helping set the tone for the entire store. The right person is confident, outgoing, fashion-obsessed, and thrives in a high-energy environment. You know how to turn a browser into a loyal customer and make people feel amazing when they walk out the door.
