Your Mission:
- Respond to inbound internet leads with speed and professionalism
- Set appointments and drive showroom traffic
- Relentless follow-up via phone, text, email and CRM
- Present and demonstrate vehicle, including test drives
- Acquire and develop continuous product knowledge
- Explain vehicle features and warranty
- Build value, overcome objections and close deals
- Own your pipeline and close your opportunities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
What We Expect:
- Strong retail sales background
- Excellent communication skills
- Accountability and urgency
- CRM and tech confidence
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
- Deliver consistent results that align with business goals and monthly KPI
- Must have a valid California Driver's License and pass background and drug screening
