Job Description

Full-Time | On-Site + Field We are building a real-world AI system that operates inside local businesses — not demos, not slide decks — but technology that captures revenue, automates workflows, and generates marketing output daily.
Our solution includes:
On-site AI device ("AI Ops Box") installed in stores Call answering, triage, recording & transcription Daily owner reports (calls, bookings, missed revenue, trends) Messaging interface (Slack/Telegram) for instant business insights Optional automation agents (reminders, confirmations, system updates) Optional AI-powered short-form content generation (2-3 videos/day) We serve auto repair shops, barbershops, dental clinics, restaurants, and other SMBs. Role Summary You will own the end-to-end execution of our SMB offering: Deployment Automation Customer success Light sales Growth ownership This is a hands-on role for someone who likes building and executing in the real world. What You'll Do Deploy & Onboard Visit SMB locations Install/configure the AI device Connect phone workflows Set up reports + messaging channels Train owners/staff (15-30 min onboarding) Build Repeatable Workflows Design vertical playbooks (auto repair, barbershop, dental, restaurant) Configure reminders, callbacks, confirmations Implement automation where needed Standardize processes for scale Run the AI Content Engine Convert interactions into short-form videos Generate scripts + captions Publish/schedule across social platforms Track basic engagement metrics Own Revenue & Retention Drive renewals and upsells ($100 → $200 tier) Track KPIs (answered calls, bookings, show rate, content cadence) Improve ROI narrative and onboarding experience Work Schedule This is a full-time with flexible working hours . You control your field schedule and plan visits independently. We value results over clocked hours.
However:
Required to report in-office 3 times per week Weekly target: at least 1 closed deal per month Flexibility comes with accountability. Compensation $40,000/year base salary (W-2) 10% commission 10% of setup fee ($300) 10% of first 3 months subscription revenue per activated account High performers can significantly increase total earnings. Requirements Strong execution ability — you make messy things work Comfortable walking into SMBs and speaking with owners Passionate about applied AI Familiar with AI tools (LLMs, speech-to-text, automation workflows) Able to troubleshoot basic devices, browsers, accounts Strong written and spoken English Why This Role Matters You will deploy AI into real businesses and directly impact: Revenue capture Operational efficiency Marketing output Owner visibility
