https://cloudcomforthvac.com/ Position Overview As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will meet directly with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process. You will represent Cloud Comfort HVAC in the home, explain the value of high-efficiency HVAC products and services, and help customers make informed choices that improve comfort and energy performance. This role offers uncapped commission potential, with annual earnings up to $200,000 for top performers. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their HVAC needs, concerns, and goals Build trust and rapport with prospective customers through a professional, consultative sales approach Recommend tailored HVAC solutions based on each homeowner's home, budget, and comfort priorities Present the benefits of Cloud Comfort HVAC's high-efficiency products and services clearly and confidently Follow up with prospects and customers to move opportunities forward Meet and exceed individual sales goals through consistent effort, follow-up, and self-motivation Stay informed on HVAC products, industry trends, company offerings, and sales best practices Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process Collaborate with the Cloud Comfort HVAC team to support company-wide growth and customer satisfaction Qualifications 3-5 years of sales experience Consultative sales experience is highly preferred HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required; training is provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Ability to quickly build trust with homeowners Comfortable presenting solutions and asking for the sale High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license required Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus Compensation and Benefits Full-time position Uncapped commission structure Earnings potential up to $200,000 annually Flexible schedule Paid time off Supportive, energetic, and forward-thinking team environment Opportunity to grow with an innovative HVAC company Ready to Grow Your Sales Career?
