Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Professional include, but are not limited to: Performing inside sales/customer service tasks to include applying excellent phone skills for calling on customers Applications Engineer candidates are encouraged to apply Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services Processing customer phone orders Checking availability of stock and shipping dates Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products Qualifications of the Inside Sales Professional include, but are not limited to: 10+ years inside sales/customer service experience Excellent phone communication skills Applications Engineer candidates are encouraged to apply Data entry skills, organizational, multi-tasking and customer focus Enthusiasm and ability to work independently Remote potential, onsite presence required for locations within a reasonable commute Rotating equipment knowledge strongly preferred
