This is a full-time, in-office position focused on contacting customers who have expressed interest in selling their vehicles, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments. If you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you. What You'll Do Contact customers by phone regarding their interest in selling a vehicle Follow up on internet leads and previous inquiries Qualify opportunities and gather basic vehicle information Transfer qualified opportunities to the appropriate team member Maintain accurate notes and activity within our CRM Consistently manage a large volume of daily outbound calls and follow-up activity What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone Excellent follow-up and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic computer and data entry skills Preferred Experience Automotive BDC, dealership, or automotive sales experience Call center, appointment setting, inside sales, or lead generation experience CRM experience Compensation $25.00 per hour Paid training Full-time position Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) Paid time off Paid holidays Life insurance Disability insurance Why Join Carstub?
