We are committed to providing innovative products and excellent service to our customers. Job Description We are seeking motivated and experienced full-time Showroom Sales Representatives to promote and sell SPC flooring to walk-in customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales track record and the ability to handle product deliveries. Fluency in English is a must, Spanish is highly preferred. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-known brand and grow your career in the flooring industry. Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to achieve sales targets. Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and provide professional product recommendations. Promote and sell SPC flooring products and other building materials to walk-ins. Develop customized product solutions — including preparing basic sketches or layout drawings to help customers visualize their design ideas. Maintain the showroom's clean, organized, and professional appearance. Forklift operating experience is required. Handle sales quotations, invoices, and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business. Collaborate with the accounting and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and excellent customer service. Report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management. Requirements Sales experience in relevant field is greatly preferred Fluent in English is a must, Spanish is a HIGHLY preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Willing to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
Salary Model:
Base salary starts from $20/hour, plus performance-based commission. Both base salary and commission rate increase in tiers based on individual performance, offering strong earning potential and clear growth incentives. Benefits Paid sick leave Paid training Job type: Full-time/ in-person
