Duties Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions tailored to customer needs. Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values confidently to close deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership objectives. Manage inventory effectively by coordinating with inventory control teams, ensuring accurate records using CRM software, and upselling additional products or services to maximize sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, follow-up communications, and B2B (business-to-business) interactions when applicable. Utilize public speaking skills during promotional events or dealership presentations to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility. Support marketing initiatives by participating in community events or online campaigns to boost dealership exposure. Maintain organized records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools for ongoing follow-up and relationship management. Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when engaging with prospects over the phone or via digital communication channels. Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure smooth transaction processes from initial contact through delivery. Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales is preferred; dealership experience is highly advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities can significantly enhance customer interactions. Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end or complex deals confidently. Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer data and sales pipelines effectively. Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control procedures, and retail math for accurate pricing and profit calculations. Experience in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling or B2B outreach to expand client base. Ability to deliver compelling public speaking presentations at promotional events or dealership functions. Strong customer service orientation combined with professional phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of automotive industry trends, marketing techniques, and upselling strategies.
