Field Sales Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to support growth within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for maintaining existing accounts, developing new business, and driving consistent sales performance through in-person customer engagement. The ideal candidate is self-directed, reliable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage and develop an assigned territory Maintain and grow existing customer accounts Identify and secure new business opportunities Conduct in-person sales visits and presentations Negotiate pricing and close sales Track activity and maintain accurate records Coordinate with internal teams as needed Requirements

MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH

Minimum 2 years of field or outside sales experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional demeanor and accountability Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
