As we continue expanding throughout the Bay Area, we are actively hiring a Customer Sales Representative to support customer engagement, account support, and sales efforts in local communities. This is a full-time, in-person sales position designed for motivated individuals who want to build experience in customer service, sales, business development, and client relations. Zora Industries works directly with customers to promote telecommunications and connectivity solutions through customer interaction and personalized support. Our team focuses on customer acquisition, account management, and sales support while helping customers find products and services that fit their needs. Due to continued expansion across the Bay Area, we are looking for individuals who are outgoing, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Customer Sales Representative Responsibilities Meet directly with customers to explain available products, services, promotions, and account options Support customer enrollments, account setup, service updates, and onboarding processes Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up Maintain accurate customer, account, and sales activity records using CRM systems and company tools Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that align with their goals Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering a positive customer experience Work closely with team members and leadership to meet customer acquisition and sales goals Participate in team meetings, sales workshops, and ongoing development sessions to improve sales performance Requirements for the Customer Sales Representative High school diploma or GED required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a face-to-face, customer-facing sales environment Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset Ability to build rapport with customers and team members quickly Organized and able to manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced setting Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, client support, or account management is helpful but not required Must be able to work full-time hours and occasional weekends as needed
