The opportunity for growth on this team is excellent. We offer a $3,500 guarantee for the first 90 days.
Job Responsibilities:
Answering incoming internet sales leads and phone calls. Use customer relationship management tools to effectively track all customer interactions. (vinsolutions knowledge a plus) Assist customers in vehicle selection via the internet/ phone/ video conference. Schedule appointments with interested buyers. Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities to upgrade. Other duties asked my management.
