Our mission is simple, educate customers, and offer a complimentary water test , and provide solutions tailored to their needs. Position Overview We are seeking an outgoing, people-friendly Retail Water Specialist to represent Nuvia Water inside Home Depot stores. This is a lead generation role , not direct sales. You will engage customers, assist them in finding what they need, and build rapport that leads to a free in-home water test . Once the appointment is set, a technician will perform the test and present options based on the results. What You'll Do Greet and engage Home Depot shoppers in a friendly, helpful manner Build trust by assisting customers and starting genuine conversations Introduce Nuvia's complimentary water test and schedule appointments Record and submit qualified leads daily Maintain a clean, professional display booth Qualifications No experience necessary. Experience in retail, promotions, or customer service (preferred) Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching customers. Must be coachable.
