Sales Outreach Specialist Contract Services Group, Inc - 3.4 Brea, CA Job Details Temporary | Seasonal $20 - $22 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Research High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Sales Outreach Specialist Contract Services Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Outreach Specialist on a temporary basis to support our sales team's lead generation and outreach efforts. This role is primarily focused on sending solicitation emails and conducting cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, has strong written communication skills, and thrives in a high-volume outreach environment. Some of the key responsibilities of the Sales Outreach Specialist include: Cold Calling & Phone Outreach Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients across assigned regions Deliver clear, compelling pitches for company services and qualify leads based on interest and need Overcome objections professionally and maintain persistence in follow-up efforts Log all call activity, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM system Email Solicitation & Campaigns Draft and send personalized solicitation emails to targeted prospect lists Execute email outreach campaigns, including initial contact, follow-ups, and re-engagement of lapsed leads Customize messaging based on prospect type, industry, and regional market Track email open rates, responses, and conversions; adjust outreach accordingly Lead Management & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activity in the CRM database Identify and research new prospects to keep pipeline lists current and targeted Provide weekly activity summaries to the department.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or email outreach strongly preferred Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls in a structured environment Strong verbal communication skills — professional, clear, and confident on the phone Solid written communication skills for crafting effective solicitation emails Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and/or CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task independently with minimal supervision Resilient and coachable — able to handle rejection and adapt approach based on feedback
