- Work Full Time
- Run 2-3 in home leads a day
- Have reliable transportation and current Driver's License
- Train yourself to be diligent and persistent
- Communicate effectively with the homeowner
- Give 110% effort Responsibilities include:
- learn our products and memorize sales pitches
- negotiate with clients
- prepare and present sales contracts
- ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- follow up on sales activity
- This position requires no cold calling. We provide you with the leads (by scheduled appointment only), all you have to do is close the deal and get paid!
Education and Experience:
- No prior home improvement sales experience?
Compensation:
- Sales Reps can earn up to 100k annually. Veteran Reps take home 250-400k annually.
- Position is commission based (1099) with huge potential for growth.
- We offer paid weekly training plus commission incentives while building your sales pipeline.
