Collaborating with internal stakeholders, they oversee the company's product commercialization for timely product launches and market share goal attainment and manage a large established product portfolio through its product lifecycle. This role involves assessing market conditions, analyzing the competitive landscape, and developing successful strategies, followed by seeing those strategies in support of the GSMS Sales team, and reporting to the organization on the successes and opportunities of those strategies, supported by key metrics. This position exhibits strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide the team towards achieving the company's annual Key Results. General Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate new product prioritization, monitor the New Product Launch process, and participate in key pre-launch meetings serving as a driver for accountability of expeditious launch timing. Lead the production of commercial launch strategies with the sales team to ensure prioritization of sales efforts and successful launches. Implement new product forecast and product strategies for Direct portfolio; have product management responsibility for both assigned base products and new product launches Monitor product performance trends versus budget and forecasts, provide insight and comments on the variances, and proactively drive product performance and avoid inventory exposure. Analyze competitive trends, market trends, and customer behavior to provide input to demand planning of assigned products. Assisting in approval of short-dated inventory, partnering with Supply Chain and procurement teams to prevent stockouts while minimizing overstock risks. Identify and address technical or resource challenges to prevent delays in project timelines. Provide relevant market insights to the Demand Planning team for each product launch. Deliver expected monthly sales volumes and sales ramping expectations to Demand Planning. Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to establish accurate demand expectations and drive actions to achieve target market share. Utilize data to deliver growth strategies to the sales team. Manage Class of Trade Sales Plan/Market Share Opportunities, Class of Trade Target Market Share strategy assignment and performance reviews for direct portfolio. Manage the transition of Direct products from ramping to base status. Develop a method to grow the base market share targets and drive execution with Sales. Conduct regular analytics and reporting of Direct ramping and base product performance. Present key findings and recommendations for strategy adjustments to Director of Sales Operations and the company's senior management in various forums. Conduct product workshops, strategy presentations, and ad-hoc sessions to gather input and enhance processes to boost product sales efforts. Provide valuable support to other teams on base product-related tasks. Take a lead role in creating and delivering Direct ramping and base product KPI reporting. Supervision:

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in marketing, product management, project management, or business development; or Associates degree and 6 years of experience in marketing, product management, project management, or business development; or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience in marketing, product management, project management, or business development Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record of solving complex business problems. Experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech sector. Demonstrated progression of responsibilities in previous roles. Strong analytical capabilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to comprehend complexity and ambiguity, gather and synthesize information for business analysis. Proficiency in analyzing and validating large datasets, drawing meaningful conclusions. Extensive expertise in Excel and other analytical toolsets (e.g., Microsoft BI, Access, etc.). The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience among other factors. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of other health and welfare benefits.
