As our Sales Support & Referral Coordinator, you'll help ensure leads are followed up with, appointments are scheduled, and referral relationships remain strong. Assist with product demonstrations And general office activities.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing inbound leads and customer inquiries Scheduling consultations and coordinating appointments Following up with prospective customers Maintaining CRM records and lead tracking Supporting referral partner outreach and relationship management Communicating with hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, and healthcare professionals Gathering reviews and customer feedback Assisting with sales and administrative support tasks Assisting General management with various tasks Are You a Good Fit?
