In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations to promote our hospice care services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in end-of-life care while advancing your career in medical sales. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand hospice care services within assigned territories. Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calls, networking, and community outreach. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers. Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, education, and relationship management. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM tools. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting hospice care services. Participate in industry events, conferences, and community programs to increase brand awareness. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on healthcare products or services. Strong negotiation, account management, and outside sales skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to conduct engaging product demos. Demonstrated leadership qualities and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively. Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop strategic approaches. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools. Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and familiarity with medical terminology is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members. This role is ideal for motivated professionals passionate about healthcare and dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life support through effective sales strategies.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
