Job Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a retail setting and identify their needs Educate customers on the latest technology, products, and promotions Build rapport and provide tailored solutions Close sales and upsell where appropriate Hit and exceed daily & weekly performance goals Maintain a positive, professional, and productive store environment Build relationships with customers, store managers, and other leadership

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (Spanish bilingual is a plus) Excellent student mentality and competitive drive Coachable, driven, and goal-oriented Experience selling wifi and mobility is highly encouraged but not required Ability to confidently engage customers quickly and effectively Must be 18+ with personal and reliable transportation

Bonus:
