- Part Leader (Full-time) / Cuckoo Rental America Responsibilities Sales Planning & Forecasting
- Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with company targets
- Analyze historical sales data, trends, and market conditions to generate accurate forecasts
- Support annual budget planning and rolling forecast processes Sales Performance Analysis
- Track sales performance against targets
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations Incentives & Commission Support
- Support sales incentive and commission plan administration
- Track commission calculations, eligibility, and payout accuracy
- Coordinate with Finance and HR to ensure compliance and timely payments Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales leadership to support territory, channel, and account planning
- Work with Marketing on promotions, campaigns, and demand generation analysis
- Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to align inventory and installation capacity with sales demand Qualifications
- Experience in rental, subscription-based, appliance, or consumer durable goods industries
- Experience supporting multi-channel sales (direct, retail, field sales, B2B) is preferred
- Familiarity with commission structures and incentive plans
- 3+ years of experience in sales planning, sales operations, business analysis, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Korean-English bilingual skills a plus
