As a Wireless Services Agent, you will be immersed in the fundamentals of sales, customer engagement, and Verizon's industry-leading products. The Wireless Services Agent will be responsible for: Interact directly with customers in a sales capacity, applying learned techniques to enroll them in Verizon Wireless services. Learn and execute the full sales cycle, from initial approach to finalizing the enrollment process. Develop and demonstrate proficiency in presenting and selling a suite of residential telecom products. Assist customers in selecting the best plans and services to fit their specific household needs. Participate in daily training sessions to refine your sales pitch and product knowledge. Shadow top performers to learn proven strategies for success. Wireless Services Agent If You Have:

A passion for learning and a drive to build a successful, sales-focused career. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage with the public. No experience necessary, but a background in customer service, retail, or team sports is a plus. A quick-learning aptitude and the ability to absorb and apply new information rapidly. A results-oriented mindset and a desire to be compensated based on your output. Resilience and a positive attitude when faced with challenges. Professional demeanor and a strong sense of personal responsibility. Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. •This is an in-person position, out-of-state candidates will not be considered.
