AESTHETIC SALES CONSULTANT

We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our established Medical Spa. The ideal candidate must excel at consultative sales and have a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets, preferably in the medical spa industry or luxury/high-end market space.

Established since 2005, we are a world-class Aesthetic Medical Spa providing patients with a variety of services including injectables (Neurotoxins and Fillers), Coolsculpting, Laser Treatments, Facials, PRP Microneedling, Hydra-facial and many more.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic, sharp and driven Aesthetic Sales Consultant who is relentlessly motivated to hit sales goals. You will be the point of contact for clients in person or phone , creating personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their aesthetic goals. This dynamic role combines customer service excellence with strategic sales, focusing on building lasting client relationships, achieving revenue goals, and contributing to a results-driven clinic team. The successful candidate is a persuasive negotiator and closer with the ability to convert consultations. Candidates must also have leadership, organizational, and relationship building skills. Additionally, the successful consultant will have effective time management skills, as they manage and coordinate new and returning clients through their aesthetic journey from start to finish. A working knowledge of aesthetic products and services is essential to the position.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Sales closer. Superb hustle. Minimum 2+ years in a consultative sales role Closing $130K+ per month in combined sales Relentlessly motivated to hit sales goals of $6k plus per day Strong active listening skills Excellent with people, warm, empathetic, friendly, outgoing, and self-confident Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong work ethic, responsible, trustworthy, professional, poised, and sophisticated in order to sell a luxury service Likes working as part of a team. Easy to work with, cool-headed, and likes working in a busy fast-paced environment Strong organizational and follow-up skills A positive attitude and willingness to jump in to assist with additional tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to educate clients and promote additional services as appropriate Must be an effective communicator with the ability to connect across all mediums: in-person, via telephone, via e-mail. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize work A demonstrated record of success meeting or exceeding sales goals is required, with a preference in the medical spa industry Familiarity and/or experience with these and other aesthetic treatments is highly desirable for a competitive candidate Spanish speaking preferred given our clientele
