$20/hour + Competitive Commission About Us Exvora Group USA INC is a Southern California-based wholesale tire distributor specializing in PCR (Passenger Car Radial) tires . We provide flexible B2B purchasing solutions, including full container programs, less-than-container wholesale orders, and scheduled local delivery for qualified customers . Our products are sourced directly from our manufacturing partners in Cambodia, allowing us to offer reliable inventory, competitive pricing, and dependable supply to tire dealers and distributors. As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced sales professionals to help expand our customer network throughout Southern California. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with tire dealers, distributors, and automotive repair shops Generate new business through daily customer visits Manage and grow existing customer accounts Promote Exvora's PCR tire programs and delivery services Coordinate orders with our internal sales support team Submit daily customer visit and activity reports Attend weekly sales meetings at our Chino office Required Qualifications Required Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the tire or automotive aftermarket industry Existing relationships with tire dealers, distributors, wholesalers, or automotive repair shops Fluent in both English and Spanish Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field sales environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred College degree Compensation $20/hour base pay Competitive commission program Payroll is processed twice per month (1st and 15th) Commissions are paid after the company has received full payment from the customer Daily customer visit/activity reports are required for payroll processing and performance tracking Benefits Medical insurance after successful completion of the probationary period Paid product training Career advancement opportunities Join a fast-growing wholesale tire distributor with long-term growth potential Why Join Exvora?
