Diamond Wipes International is a world-class contract manufacturer of various wet wipes, liquids, cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products. We are based in Chino, CA and have factories in Ohio and Wisconsin as well. Diamond Wipes works with many of the world's marquee brand and has brands of our own. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Chino CA. In this role, you will provide critical support to a VP of Sales, helping them manage client accounts and achieve goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, eager to learn about the manufacturing sales industry and may want to move into a Sales position down the road. The role is crucial for streamlining the process from initial inquiry to final delivery. You serve as the central point of contact, ensuring communications run smoothly and quickly between the Sales team, the Client, the Project Management and Operations teams.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Task/Responsibilities including but not limited to: Support Sales activities:
- Assist with daily tasks to help Sales manage their client portfolios effectively such as generating reports and presentations.
- Handling inbound inquiries via phone or email, answering basic questions about order status, and routing or discussing complex issues to the appropriate resources for responsive follow up.
- Act as supporting point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Help manage the sales cycle by tracking order statuses, order deliverables, assisting on shipment coordination, inventory management and maintaining sales forecasts.
- Prepare sample presentation box, collateral and customer product sample mailings.
Administrative Support:
- Manage client data in our CRM system
- Help with trade shows arrangements
- Special projects and other sales initiatives.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, planning, and project team to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Performance Tracking:
- Assist in analyzing sales data to track client performance and help identify growth opportunities.

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school or associate degree with 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred but negotiable. Experience in OEM/Private Label manufacturing is a plus. A successful candidate thrives in fast paced working environment and can multi-task with a positive attitude while able to work well with teams. Working Conditions/Job Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
