GrowPros Solutions is looking for an Energetic and Experienced Sales Representative to join our company to build and develop its sales force. Benefits $75,000 - $150,000 Per Year. Base Salary Starts at $75,000 Uncapped Commission Structure With A Realistic Path To $150,000 Per Year. Build and develop new sales leads and grow overall sales. Grow current client base through new business development, creating new customer bases and lead generation activities Manage current client relationships and market share Meet or exceed monthly, annual and yearly revenue goals Maintain strong professional standards and awareness of industry trends Work with management to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies The best candidates have : Experience in the Hydroponic industry is required. Out of town business trips is required. Aggressive and positive sales attitude is required.
