Commission-Based Job Summary Select Hire Services is seeking an ambitious and motivated Bilingual Sales Representative (Mandarin/English) to help grow our staffing agency by bringing in new clients. This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential for individuals who are driven by results and enjoy building professional relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying businesses that need staffing services, generating leads, and securing new client accounts. Responsibilities Prospect and identify companies that may need staffing services. Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers. Conduct sales calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits to generate new business. Present staffing solutions and explain the benefits of partnering with Select Hire Services. Follow up with potential clients and maintain ongoing communication. Coordinate with the recruiting team to ensure client staffing needs are met. Meet and exceed sales goals. Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Previous sales, business development, or staffing industry experience preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Comfortable making cold calls and generating leads. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
