We're looking for a motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our growing dealership team. You'll help customers find the right vehicle, build long-term relationships, and close deals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment—especially with our high-end inventory. This role offers the unique advantage of working across 2-3 dealerships in San Diego County, giving you maximum sales exposure and the potential for higher commissions. What You'll Do Connect with customers through phone calls, cold calls, and in-person interactions Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle Present vehicles, features, and premium options during test drives Negotiate and close deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress Upsell warranties, financing, and accessories Help support inventory management and dealership promotions Represent the dealership professionally at events and in the community What We're Looking For Sales experience (automotive, retail, or B2B preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Confidence with outbound calls and customer interactions Customer-focused mindset with professional phone etiquette Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities CRM and basic inventory or retail math experience is a plus Bilingual or multilingual skills are a bonus Willingness to move between 2-3 San Diego County dealerships as needed Why Join Us Higher earning potential through exposure to multiple dealership locations Competitive commissions with strong sales volume Supportive management and ongoing training Opportunity to grow your career in high-end automotive sales If you're driven, personable, and ready to maximize your earning potential, we'd love to hear from you!
