This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. Realistically, successful reps can earn $30,000-$80,000+ annually depending on performance and hours worked. No sales experience? No problem. I'll provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and a proven door-to-door sales process. What You'll Do Canvass residential neighborhoods Educate homeowners about solar panel maintenance Generate new recurring service plan customers Schedule appointments Track activity and sales performance Represent the Saturn Solar Cleaning brand professionally What We're Looking For You do NOT need prior solar or sales experience. We're looking for someone who is: Comfortable talking to strangers Competitive and self-motivated Coachable Reliable Positive under rejection Interested in sales and leadership Previous experience in door-to-door sales, customer service, fundraising, retail sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
