This role includes prospecting, customer relationship management, and sales execution while supporting Batteries Plus customers and store operations. What You'll Do Identify and research potential commercial customers within assigned territories. Support lead generation efforts through outbound calls, email outreach, and data research. Call on warm leads and maintain regular cadence with your current book of business. Support the commercial sales process from prospecting through closing. Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking within CRM systems. Customer follow-up communications and account development activities.. Schedule customer visits and sales appointments. Prepare sales reports, track activity metrics, and maintain documentation. Prepare pricing quotes, bids, and sales presentations. Communicate between the sales team, stores, and managers. Contribute ideas to improve sales tools, processes, and customer experience initiatives. Support special projects and team initiatives related to commercial sales operations. What We're Looking For Interest in commercial sales, business development, or customer relationship management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools. Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools is a plus, but not required. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
