Puente Hills Toyota is looking for a motivated Digital Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects through phone, text, email, and CRM tools. Develop long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business. Utilize dealership CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage sales opportunities. Meet and exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals. Stay current on Toyota vehicles, features, incentives, financing options, and manufacturer programs. Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations both online and in person. Educate customers on vehicle features and benefits to ensure an exceptional purchase experience. Deliver vehicles and provide a thorough orientation to customers upon delivery. Ensure all required sales documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing automotive sales. Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service departments to create an outstanding customer experience. Build and maintain strong customer relationships that reflect the values of Puente Hills Toyota. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous automotive internet sales, digital sales, or sales experience required. Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation environment. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to effectively overcome objections and negotiate professionally. Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
