- Wholesale We are seeking a driven and motivated Wholesale Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Wholesale Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining relationships with our wholesale partners. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by generating new leads, identifying new business opportunities, landing new accounts, managing existing accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the women's footwear industry.

We are a fast-growing B2B women's footwear company. Established in 2018, we service some of the largest fashion retailers around the globe, driving the latest trends for Millennial and Gen-Z consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and establish new wholesale accounts and markets. Manage relationships with wholesale accounts to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and marketing to ensure alignment and successful product launches. Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for product development. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective and existing wholesale partners. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients while maintaining profitability for the company. Monitor and analyze sales data, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports to senior management. Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights for business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven track record of success in a wholesale or sales role within the fashion industry, preferably in footwear. Strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software. Experience with OMS is a plus. Possesses an Entrepreneurial spirit. Is self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events. Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
