In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by developing and nurturing client relationships within the logistics and supply chain management sector. Your expertise in transportation management, freight solutions, and logistics sales will enable you to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and deliver tailored transportation solutions that meet our clients' needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of logistics operations while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment committed to excellence. Duties Develop new business opportunities for warehousing, port drayage, transloading, ocean freight, air freight, and domestic and international trucking services. Build and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, retailers, and e-commerce clients Identify customer logistics pain points and propose tailored supply chain solutions Promptly respond as directed to customer RFQs and similar proposals made public by recurrent, new, and potential customers. Work closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure service feasibility and smooth onboarding. Work closely with accounting to ensure all account receivables and account payables are properly credited, billed and paid. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Researches and tracks market trends, competitor behaviors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales Strong knowledge of International shipping(Ocean&Air), U.S. warehousing, drayage, or domestic trucking (FTL/LTL) Existing customer base or proven business development ability is a plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment What We Offer Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding logistics company Supportive operations and pricing team to help you close deals Long-term development in the U.S. supply chain market
