Compensation:
Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses 1st Year earnings typically range from $60,000 - $95,000+ (depending on individual performance. Income potential grows as you build your client base and reoccuring revenue. Top Performers have the ability to exceed this range $100K+ attainable as recurring revenue builds Responsibilities Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing support. Generate new business through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals . Sell a full range of Quadient mail automation equipment, software, and solutions tailored to client needs. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close. Collaborate with Service and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Account Executive is a solutions / consultative sales role where you will be solving your client's business challenges by offering relevant and compelling software, hardware, and professional services solutions. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to confidently influence decision-makers Proven experience in business development and B2B sales environments , especially within technology or software sectors Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively Demonstrated ability in technical sales, understanding product features and translating them into client benefits Proficiency in CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines effectively Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop strategic approaches
