reviews $60,000•$72,000 a year•Full-time We are looking for an experienced Freight Broker / Brokerage Development Lead to support our U.S. domestic transportation and freight brokerage operations. This role will be responsible for coordinating trucking and rail shipments, developing carrier relationships, matching shipment demand with available capacity, and helping build the company's U.S. brokerage operation. Responsibilities Coordinate U.S. domestic trucking and rail shipments. Develop and maintain relationships with trucking companies, carriers, and owner-operators. Match available carrier capacity with customer shipment needs. Negotiate rates and support cost-effective transportation solutions. Assist with setting up brokerage processes, carrier onboarding, and compliance workflows. Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues. Support management in developing the U.S. brokerage business. Requirements Experience in U.S. freight brokerage, logistics, trucking, or freight forwarding. Hands-on experience as a freight broker, carrier sales, or transportation coordinator. Familiar with U.S. trucking and/or rail transportation operations. Existing carrier network preferred. Knowledge of MC Authority, FMCSA, DOT, carrier compliance, and broker-carrier agreements preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with international or cross-cultural teams. Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
