Job Description

Door & Window Outside Sales Ganahl Lumber Company Ganahl Lumber is seeking a driven Outside Sales Professional with proven experience in the door and window industry to join our growing team. In this role, you'll develop long-term customer relationships, build your own book of business, and provide consultative selling solutions that help customers improve their properties. We're looking for someone who thrives in a high-accountability environment with unlimited earning potential. If you're passionate about the industry, excel at consultative selling, and are committed to doing what you say you'll do, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities & What Success Looks Like:
Prospect, develop, and grow a loyal customer base through consultative selling Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners Quickly and accurately process customer needs, quotes, orders, and follow-up Collaborate with our inside support team to ensure exceptional customer experiences from quote to installation Stay knowledgeable on industry trends (energy efficiency, smart-home integration, modern design, etc.)
Requirements:
Prior experience in door and window sales (required) Strong consultative selling skills and a true customer-experience-first mentality Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple opportunities accurately Self-motivated with a track record of hitting goals and building your own book of business Team player who contributes to a positive, high-performing culture
