As an Inside Sales Agent, you Will be responsible for generating qualified appointments for the Sales Design team through outbound and inbound customer interactions. This role serves as the foundation of our leadership development program, focusing on customer engagement, appointment setting, and performance excellence. What You'll Do Conduct high-volume outbound calling activities. Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for the Sales Design team. Communicate the value of the in-home consultation process. Ensure all decision-makers are available for scheduled appointments. Process and manage incoming leads promptly. Follow company-approved scripts and objection-handling techniques. Utilize appointment scheduling systems accurately. Monitor assigned communication channels and respond appropriately. Confirm appointments as needed. Maintain compliance with all company and recording disclosure requirements.
What You Bring Experience:
1+ years in a Call Center, Customer Service, or phone-based sales role (experience in outbound prospecting is a plus).
Technical Proficiency:
Strong computer and digital skills.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills, you can navigate rejections, handle objections smoothly, and turn a cold conversation into a sales opportunity.
Detail-Oriented:
A "hawk-eye" for identifying customer pain points; you are meticulous with logging call data, follow-ups, and lead documentation. Schedule will be full time, but we are looking specifically for the evening shifts and weekends will be required. Agents do get 2 days off during the week to offset working weekends.
