Duties Facilitate outside sales efforts by engaging with clients directly, conducting product demonstrations, and nurturing long-term relationships Manage key accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Lead business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and generating qualified leads through cold calling and networking Coordinate territory management activities to maximize coverage and sales potential within assigned regions Support marketing campaigns by providing insights on customer needs and assisting with promotional activities Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, upselling solutions that meet client needs Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, update client information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technical sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories efficiently Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation, pipeline management, and reporting Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities to foster trust and loyalty Demonstrated success in territory management, direct sales, inside sales, and retail sales environments Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining technical features clearly to diverse audiences Strong analysis skills for evaluating market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics Join us as a Sales Coordinator and become a key driver of our growth!
