Job Description
Job Overview Rite Staff Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, building relationships, and helping businesses find staffing solutions. The Sales Representative will focus on developing new business opportunities through in-person outreach and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities Conduct in-person visits to local businesses including warehouse, manufacturing, and healthcare facilities Prospect and generate new clients through field outreach and canvassing Identify decision-makers and schedule meetings with potential clients Present staffing services and close new business accounts Maintain consistent follow-up and build long-term account relationships Meet weekly and monthly sales goals Track sales activities and client interactions Qualifications Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented Comfortable working in the field and doing in-person outreach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales in staffing industry experience is a must Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred Valid driver's license, current insurance, and reliable transportation preferred What We Offer Competitive base pay plus commission opportunities Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to work with a growing staffing agency Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday Work Location Field-based / In-person Apply today and become part of a team dedicated to connecting great people with great opportunities.
