ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be taking 100% inbound calls. No cold calling. No chasing leads. No prospecting. We generate the calls, you learn to close them. This is one of the best environments in the industry to launch a sales career because the phones never stop. You get real reps, real conversations, and real income from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Handle a high volume of inbound calls. Build rapport quickly, understand the client's situation, and present our program as the solution. Guide qualified clients through the enrollment process. Maintain accurate records in our CRM. Work toward and exceed monthly enrollment targets.

Real income potential:

average reps earn $6,000 to $12,000 per month. Hourly base pay plus commissions. Virtually no one else in this space offers both. Uncapped earning structure with daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses.

LEAD POSITIONS AVAILABLE

If you have experience in debt relief, (specifically selling Debt Validation), we have a Team Lead opportunity that is worth a serious look. As a Team Lead you will not be taking any inbound calls. Your only job is to hop on qualified credit pulls and close the deal. The floor does the work to get the client to that point. You come in at the close. This is a high-leverage position for experienced closers who want to maximize their earnings without grinding through call volume all day. You will be paid per enrollment, weekly! No waiting till the end of the month to earn off your hard work. Hourly base is included. Full compensation structure will be reviewed during the interview.
