Duties Conduct proactive outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within designated territories Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and upselling memberships or training packages Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns to expand the gym's reach Deliver engaging product demos of gym facilities, classes, and membership options to prospective clients Negotiate membership terms and pricing with potential members to close sales effectively Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific strategies that boost brand awareness and drive traffic Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on customer acquisition and account management Strong skills in negotiation, lead generation, and territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales performance Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations Demonstrated ability in cold calling, direct sales, inside sales, and territory management within a competitive environment Passion for fitness, martial arts, or health-related industries is highly desirable Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members in a fast-paced setting Join us today and become a vital part of a vibrant community dedicated to empowering individuals through martial arts!
